Founded in 2017, August and Stone is a boutique graphic design firm based out of Missoula, Montana. We offer a wide range of services, but our focus is always on creating a custom experience that best serves our client’s wants and needs.
We believe that design can be classic and modern at the same time and work hard to create an aesthetic that’s fresh and relevant but never trendy. Beyond looking good, we know that design is nothing without functionality and are equally as dedicated to making sure our clients have a clear, concise message in the right place at the right time.
Oh, Hello
I’m Anamarie and I live in Missoula with my husband, two kids and our crazy dog, Teddy. After working in design for the marketing and wedding publication industries, I decided to combine my passion for both and create August and Stone Design Company. I feel lucky that I get to be creative on a daily basis and connect with other business owners in the process.
When it comes to successful design, I've found that the best inspiration is usually out your front door. As someone who lives in Montana, I've been lucky enough to have the Rocky Mountains as my greatest influence. That being said, I never turn down the opportunity to experience new places and cultures and have come to believe that an open mind (and hard work) are a designer's best friend.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with friends and family, running, traveling, a good book, podcasts (listing to anything from Crooked Media or Nicole Byer at all times), and most importantly, a good laugh.
